Cultural Parade 2025 – Villa du Repos
As part of Nursing Home Week, Villa du Repos organized a cultural parade.
The parade consisted of having employees, one by one, march in their traditional attire from their country of origin. It was an opportunity for discovery and enjoyment while
listening to music and watching dance recitals. We learned new things from the
information shared about the countries present. The countries represented at this
parade were: Acadian (Canada), Algeria, Burundi, Cameroon, Congo, South Korea, Guinea, India, Mali, Morocco, and the Philippines.
The residents and staff loved this activity! It really brings the nursing home to life!
Villa du Repos has employees from 25 different countries. We must continue getting to know each other; it's a wealth!
